The Kalwall 100 System provides an alternative to solve the increasing demand for fenestration that can withstand higher live, wind, and snow loads with limited deflection.

The Kalwall 100 is a 4-inch (100mm) thick, thermally broken sandwich panel that utilizes specialized translucent fiberglass insulation that delivers U-value from 0.08 to 0.55 BTU/(hr/ft²/°F) or 0.45 to 2.83 W/m²K, while transmitting glare-free, evenly balanced usable natural light.

Kalwall 100 panels fill the gap in value/performance options between the current U-values of 0.10 BTU/(hr/ft²/°F) and Kalwall+ Nanogel^® with U-values as low as .05 BTU/(hr/ft²/°F) or 0.56 and 0.30 W/m²K.

Specification Summary:

• Grid Pattern: 12" x 24" (300mm x 600mm) and 12" x 20" (300mm x 500mm) standard.
• Panel Sizes: Up to 5' (1.5m) wide and 20' (6m) long.
• U-values: 3 options (NFRC verification pending).

Kalwall 100 is available as a Wall Panel System and either shed or supported Skyroof™ System (not available for wall systems with accessories such as windows).
