The Kalwall 100 System provides an alternative solution to the increasing demand for fenestration that can withstand higher live, wind, and snow loads with limited deflection.
The Kalwall 100 is a 4-inch (100 mm) thick, thermally broken sandwich panel that utilizes specialized translucent fiberglass insulation that delivers panel U-values from 0.08 to 0.55 Btu/hr/ft2/°F or 0.45 to 2.83 W/m2K (and NFRC-certified system U-values from 0.14 to 0.20 or 0.79 to 1.13 W/m2K) while transmitting glare-free, evenly balanced usable natural light.
Kalwall 100 panels fill the gap in value/performance options between the current U-values of 0.10 Btu/hr/ft2/°F and Kalwall+ Nanogel® with U-values as low as .05 Btu/hr/ft2/°F or 0.56 and 0.30 W/m2K.

• Grid Pattern: 12" x 24" (300 mm x 600 mm) and 12" x 20" (300 mm x 500 mm) standard.
• Panel Sizes: Up to 5' (1.5 m) wide and 20' (6 m) long.
