When you need a solution fast or just prefer a single-source partner who can handle everything from the ground up, Structures Unlimited’s complete building enclosures offer the perfect mix of structural performance, energy efficiency and beautiful daylighting with Kalwall® translucent panels.

Ideal for any type of environment, our corrosion-resistant structures offer extra benefits for wet spaces. Our building enclosures are often used for wastewater treatment facilities, natatoriums and pool enclosures and can accommodate operable roof systems. Easily maintained daylighting structures protect equipment and create a bright, comfortable environment for workers.

Standard enclosures include shed, lean-to and center ridge enclosures, but we are also able to custom-engineer one-of-kind structures. We can include all doors, windows, hardware, trim, flashing and more to provide a truly turnkey solution. Even operable roof solutions are available.

Geometries

Building enclosures are typically center ridge, shed or lean-to sheds, but we can custom engineer unique frames.

Grid Patterns

Building facades can utilize a wide range of Kalwall panel grid patterns, while shoji and similar patterns remain standard for roofs.

Face Sheets

External Kalwall face sheets offer standard white and crystal colors or colored tints that may help your building stand out or blend in. Colors include grays, blues, greens and rose.

Your building enclosure can include gutters—mounted or concealed for a cleaner look—as well as integrated snow fences for additional functionality.

Panel Overhang

Typical unsupported panel overhangs from 5” to 6”. Custom options may be available from 0” to 12”, depending on project specifications.
